OEM & Manufacturing Partnership

Build It With Us

A Co-Development Invitation — Not a License

We are inviting the right partner to co-develop the first production-grade prototype — and earn preferred manufacturing rights that will never be available on better terms than they are today.

The Partnership Model

What a Co-Development Partner Earns

Vortex_X is at the prototype-development stage. A manufacturing partner who participates now secures a structural position in the commercialization of the technology.

Preferred Manufacturing Rights

Right of First Refusal to produce commercial Vortex_X blades in the Americas — time-limited, volume-conditioned, with price-matching terms. You build it before any competing manufacturer is approached.

Technology Differentiation

A patent-pending, physics-differentiated product line your competitors will not have access to during the exclusivity window.

Co-Development Pricing

Royalty and supply terms locked at founding-partner rates — set before commercial-launch pricing applies.

Joint Validation Roadmap

Shared bench and field validation using your infrastructure and engineering feedback, accelerating prototype-to-production while de-risking your adoption.

Why Manufacture This

A Category That Hasn't Changed in Decades

Premium blade materials compete on how long a blade lasts. Vortex_X competes on a different axis entirely: cut quality, mulch quality, and aerodynamic efficiency. It is licensable alongside MARBAIN® and Fusion™ carbide — not a replacement, a complement.

5
Independent Claim Families
Each innovation separately patentable, licensable, and defensible.
Drop-In
No Deck Redesign
Standard 5/8" bore and commercial lengths integrate with existing spindles.
Complementary
Not a Material Competitor
Operates on cut/mulch/airflow — works with premium steels, not against them.
How Engagement Works

From First Contact to Co-Development

Step 1 · Non-Confidential Briefing

An overview of the problem, the opportunity, and patent-pending status — no detailed geometry disclosed.

Step 2 · Mutual NDA

Before engineering specifics are shared, both parties execute a mutual NDA protecting background and foreground IP.

Step 3 · Technical Package

Full parametric drawings, 3D CAD model, validated dataset, and the proposed Joint Development Agreement.

Step 4 · Prototype & Validation

Co-fabrication of first-generation prototypes and joint bench/field validation, moving TRL 3 toward TRL 6.

Confidential · OEM & Manufacturing Partners
