Vortex_X was designed the other way around — starting from the biomechanics of how grass cuts and recovers, the mathematics of non-resonant spacing, and the fluid dynamics of airflow inside the deck. The result is a single assembly carrying five independently patentable innovations.

Uniform serrations engage at a single repeating frequency — producing resonance and clumped discharge. Vortex_X spaces its cutting teeth in a non-repeating golden-ratio (φ) sequence. Because φ is irrational, the tooth-engagement frequency mathematically never repeats, eliminating resonance at every operating speed and producing a fine, even micro-mulch.

Vortex_X is engineered for standard commercial mounting — conventional bore and length classes and a familiar MARBAIN®-class steel — so it fits major commercial zero-turn platforms without deck modification, and is manufacturable on existing stamping and heat-treat lines. Exact fitment matrices, material specifications, and tolerances are provided to OEM partners under NDA.
